There are no particular guidelines as to how many therapy sessions someone might need to attend before they find therapy beneficial as each person is unique and it can depend on the reason why someone is seeking talk therapy in the first place. 

Ideally, I would see someone for a minimum of 6 sessions before a mutual review and discussion on the need to proceed, or not, as the case may be. Research shows that 6-to-8 therapy sessions are an optimum number for therapy to be beneficial.

When you click on the link below, you can reserve an available time and date that suits you. If you wish, you can also avail of a 20% discounted offer by pre-paying for a bundle of six sessions (which is the recommended minimum number of sessions for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to be effective). If you choose the six-session bundle, then you pick the date and time for the initial session. Subsequent meeting times are mutually agreed upon between us.
